Indian cusine has roots that date back to the Ayurveda, an ancient Sanskrit text. Over intervening millennia, it has, evolved dramatically as a result of trade, conquests, and increased culinary interchange between the various styles of cooking in different parts of India. In Singapore, we recognize our role as cultural ambassadors, with a responsibility to bring the finest and yet authentic representation of this culinary culture.
