Ryan Clift (UK) Over the course of his 16 year career, Ryan has worked in Michelin Star establishments in
England and France before moving to Australia in 1999. For the past 6 years Ryan has been the head chef of Melbourne famed Vue de Monde restaurant, before taking the opportunity to run his own restaurant in Singapore.

Matthew Bax (AUS) The owner and executive bartender of world renowned Der Raum bar in Melbourne.

Since bursting onto the scene in 2001, Der Raum has dominated Australia cocktail scene and is a regular on the lists of world best bars. Matthew creativity doesn t stop at cocktails, he is also a rising star in the Australian and European arts scene where he been painting commercially since 1999.
